Advanced Media Broadcasting System, Inc. (AMBS) is a Philippine broadcast media company founded in 1994 by the Vera family and currently owned by the Villar Group through All Value Holdings, Inc. (headed by Camille Villar). It holds a congressional franchise under Republic Act No. 8061 (1995), extended for 25 years under R.A. 11253 (2019), authorizing it to operate radio and television broadcasting stations throughout the Philippines. AMBS operates ALLTV (formerly Channel 2), the free-to-air television network that broadcasts on analog Channel 2 and digital UHF Channel 16 in Metro Manila, with 16 provincial analog and 12 digital TV stations nationwide. Since April 2024, ALLTV carries the Kapamilya Channel broadcast feed under a brand-licensing agreement with ABS-CBN Corporation. AMBS also operates K-Lite FM radio. Its main offices are located at Paragon Plaza Building and Starmalls EDSA Shaw complex, both in Mandaluyong City.
