E. Bolivar Construction was founded by Engr. Elnardo P. Bolivar on April 20, 2001. He is a Civil Engineer by profession and registered with the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) on May 20, 1986, with license no.0044865. As a practicing Civil Engineer, he has years of experience in the design and construction of buildings, roads, bridges and other civil engineering works. On February 22, 2008, the company became a corporation and was officially registered with Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as E.BOLIVAR CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION.
