First Cavite Industrial Estate Association Inc. operates as the non-profit administrative and estate management organization for the First Cavite Industrial Estate (FCIE) in the Philippines. While the government-owned developer entity (FCIEI) was formally structured for winding down, the Association continues to independently oversee the day-to-day operations, common facilities, infrastructure maintenance, security systems, and administrative support services for the numerous multinational and domestic manufacturing locators operating within the 154.5-hectare industrial ecozone.
