Keppel Philippines Properties, Inc. (KEP) was originally incorporated on February 7, 1918 under the name Hoa Hin Co., Inc., then renamed Cebu Shipyard and Engineering Works, Inc. in 1957, and then to its present name in 1998. KEP's immediate parent company is Keppel Management Ltd. (previously known as Keppel Land Limited), while its ultimate parent company is Keppel Ltd. (previously known as Keppel Corporation Limited), both incorporated in Singapore. KEP was registered primarily to invest or acquire interest in, purchase, own or hold, directly or indirectly, shares of stocks and to undertake in property development activities through associates and joint venture.

KEP undertakes property development activities through its associates and joint venture and has successfully completed residential and commercial developments in the Philippines, including Palmdale Heights, a residential development located in Pasig City, and the Podium Complex, a mixed-use development located in Ortigas' Central Business District. KEP has divested its interest in these properties.
