LBC Express Holdings, Inc. was incorporated as Federal Chemicals, Inc. in 1993, manufacturing adhesives and chemicals, and became PSE-listed (FED) in 2001. In 2007, it changed its name to Federal Resources Investment Group, Inc. and became a holding company. In 2015, LBC Development Corporation acquired control through share subscriptions and a mandatory tender offer, after which the company acquired LBC Express, Inc., increased its authorized capital, renamed itself LBC Express Holdings, Inc., and changed its PSE ticker from FED to LBC.
