Megawide Construction Corporation (MWIDE) was incorporated on July 28, 2004 primarily as a general construction company and has then expanded its business by creating a partnership with the Philippine government through its participation in the Public Private Partnership (PPP) program.

The Company is an active proponent in the government's infrastructure program. MWIDE and its subsidiaries have completed and are in the process of pursuing several projects including the Mactan Cebu International Airport, Parañaque Integrated Terminal Exchange, and the PPP for School Infrastructure Project Phases 1 and 2.

As of December 31, 2024, MWIDE's subsidiaries include PH1 World Developers, Inc., Megawide Land, Inc., Megawide Construction (BVI) Corporation, Megawide Cold Logistics, Inc., MWM Terminals, Inc., Megawide Terminals, Inc., Megawide International Limited, Cebu2World Development, Inc., Wide-Horizons, Inc., Tiger Legend Holdings Limited, Megawide OneMobility Corporation, Tunnel Prefab Corporation, Mega Evolution Land, Inc., and Altria East Land, Inc.
