About
Pacific Cement Philippines, Inc. (widely known as PACEMCO or PACEMPHIL) is a historic industrial pioneer in the Philippine heavy manufacturing and extraction sector. Originally incorporated in April 1964 as the Pacific Cement Company, Incorporated, the enterprise laid the groundwork for modern cement technology in the country, commencing commercial manufacturing of premium Portland cement in 1967. Following a major corporate restructuring in 2000, the original entity spun off its core cement manufacturing, mining facility, and heavy assets into Pacific Cement Philippines, Inc. Operating its heavy extraction and industrial processing hub out of Surigao del Norte, the corporation has spent decades supplying high-durability infrastructure materials—such as Portland Cement Type I, Pozzolan Cement Type P, and Super Portland Plus—to major public and commercial construction lines nationwide. Heavily lauded over its operational history for safety, the enterprise remains a notable regional participant in industrial mining rehabilitations, environmental preservation actions, and localized aggregate supply chains across the Caraga region.
