PR Gaz Haus Franchising Corporation (originally incorporated in 2004 as PR Gaz Franchising Corporation) was the pioneering retail and franchise development arm behind PR Gaz Haus—the Philippines' first specialized retail chain of LPG (liquefied petroleum gas) convenience stores. Established by founders Nelson and Siu Ping Par, the brand grew to operate over 180 corporate and franchised outlets across Luzon. In July 2018, the assets, franchise program, and complete retail operations of PR Gaz were officially acquired by Brenton International Venture Manufacturing Corporation (BIVMC), a major player under the Brent Group of Companies. Consequently, all PR Gaz Haus stores, franchises, and logistics hubs were absorbed and rebranded under the Brent Gas umbrella.
