Profriends began in February 1999 by building pocket developments in Cavite. From less than 10-hectare projects, we quickly progressed to building bigger estates. By 2007, our company expanded to the Visayas as well as launched our flagship project, Lancaster New City, in Cavite. In both areas, we created real, thriving communities that completely changed the existing landscape for the better. Parc Regency Residences and Monticello Villas, totaling 86 hectares in Pavia, are enablers to the transformation of a once quiet town into a municipality with continuous economic and commercial growth. Likewise, our Lancaster New City has grown to 2,000-hectares, spanning Kawit, Imus, and General Trias. It is home to over 24,000 families who enjoy easy access to schools, work, commercial establishments, and places of worship.

Our other on-going projects include Bellefort Estates, Carmona Estates, Micara Estates Tanza, Merrydale Homes St. Joseph, and Westwind at Lancaster New City, all in Cavite, as well as Merrydale Homes in Sta. Barbara, Iloilo.
