Social Housing Finance Corporation (SHFC) is a government-owned and controlled corporation in the Philippines created under Executive Order No. 272 in 2004. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of the National Home Mortgage Finance Corporation and administers government social housing programs for low-income communities.

SHFC develops and administers programs including the Community Mortgage Program (CMP), High Density Housing Program (HDH), and the Abot-Kaya Pabahay Fund Development Loan Program (AKPF-DLP). The corporation operates nationwide through regional offices.
