Tekskil Manpower and Construction Corporation is a 100% Filipino-owned corporation registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission on October 3, 1991, originally incorporated as Tekskil Construction Corporation. The company was organized to provide engineering and construction services, manpower supply for all categories, project management, and special project consultancy. Its incorporators and directors are former executives of leading Philippine construction companies including AG&P, JGC Philippines, and EEI, bringing extensive experience in engineering design, construction, steel fabrication, and onshore and offshore oil production industries. In 1992, due to increasing international demand for Filipino construction workers, the company registered with the POEA and was granted a license on August 18, 1992, enabling it to deploy Filipino workers overseas. Tekskil has since deployed thousands of Filipino workers to clients in Saudi Arabia, Malaysia, Singapore, Qatar, Nigeria, Palau, and other international markets. The company is a member of the Philippine Association of Service Exporters, Inc. (PASEI) and maintains offices in Ermita, Manila and Las Piñas City.
