Completed in 2010, the structure is distinguished by its unique crystal-like architectural form and glass crown, with signature multi-corner panoramic windows offering views of Bonifacio High Street and the Manila Golf Course. The building stands on a 1,600 square meter lot, devoting approximately 60% of that area to greenery and open space. With only 8 residential units per floor, it is among the lowest-density condominium developments in BGC.
