About
The Daelim Philippines, Inc. is the Philippine subsidiary of DL E&C Co., Ltd. (formerly Daelim Industrial Co., Ltd.), one of South Korea's largest and most established engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) companies with over 80 years of global operations. DL E&C was founded in 1939 as Korea's first construction firm and has since completed major infrastructure, civil engineering, industrial plant, and building projects in more than 40 countries. The Philippine subsidiary serves as the local operating entity for DL E&C's project work in the country, with its registered office at One Corporate Centre in the Ortigas Center, Pasig City. The company has an active project presence in the Philippines, most notably as a joint venture contractor in the Malolos-Clark Railway Project (MCRP) - Contract Package N-02, a 15.8-kilometer elevated railway section awarded by the Department of Transportation (DOTr), with a contract value of USD 616.97 million (Daelim's 50% share equivalent to approximately KRW 362.6 billion). The company also has a field operations presence in Batangas City, consistent with its involvement in industrial plant and energy construction projects in the region.
