TKC Metals Corporation (T), formerly TKC Steel Corporation, was originally incorporated on November 28, 1996 as SQL* Wizard, Inc. and engaged in providing computer training, consulting services, and selling software licenses and other related information solution services. On February 28, 2007, the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) approved the change in the Company's primary purpose from information technology to that of a holding company. On October 26, 2015, the SEC approved the Company's change in corporate name to the present one.

At present, T, as a holding company, is focused on the ownership and management of investments in businesses.
